NCCA Accredited Course (2)
Overview
First and foremost, ACE CPT was a First certification to be accredited by the NCCA, which means that their coursework has been recognized by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies as credible and meeting industry standards for high-quality personal training programs. This implies that you have a good chance of landing a job at a gym if you clear the CPT.
The NCCA certification provides a systematic approach to take an client from sedentary to health/fitness goals and later even for athletic performance goals.
While this may not be the goal for most clients but having an organized system that can allow for long-term progression like this, is empowering for the personal trainer.
At FLEX SQUARE ACADEMY we recommend learning how to study for the ACE CPT but also what to study to ensure you pass the first time.
